These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Lidl Plus Activities Network campaign. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all customers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Duration of Promotion:
Promotional Period: Customers must be register between 00:01 Thursday 24th July 2025 and 23:59 Friday 24th October 2025. All claims received after the closing date of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
Claim Period: Customers must claim between 00:01 Thursday 24th July and 23:59 Friday October 2025. All vouchers will expire 23:59 Friday 7th November 2025.
2. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to members of Lidl Plus who are UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Current valid email address required. Internet access required. No purchase necessary.
Must be a member of Lidl Plus.
Lidl Plus members are eligible to use their unique claim link once per day throughout the promotional period.
3. How to participate:
Customer journey
Customers must be a member of the Lidl Plus app and navigate to the ‘Partner Offers’ section. Customer must then click ‘Activities network’ reward tile and click ‘Redeem this offer’. Customer will be presented with the promotional website www.activitiesnetwork.co.uk and a unique single use code. Customer must then register the following details:
Title
Full name
Current valid email address
Unique code (found in the Lidl Plus app)
Upon registering, the customer will gain access to the listings, they will receive an email within 3 working days containing a unique claim link, allowing them to return to the listings later if they choose not to redeem their day out immediately. The link will reset each day, allowing customers to claim one free day out per day.
Customer can then browse the venues, select the free activity from the listings and once chosen, will receive an email with the PDF voucher to present at their chosen venue.
4. Claim Restrictions:
A maximum of 1 claim per person, per day will be allowed across the entire Promotional Period. Additional claims that exceed this limit will be disqualified and any allocated rewards will not be fulfilled.
Customers who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a customer is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s claims will be disqualified and any reward will be void.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
5. Reward:
1 x Single-entry ticket with the National Activities Network: This pass will allow each customer access to the National network to claim one free activity. Each recipient of the reward will be sent a unique link to the email address provided upon claim, as part of the reward confirmation email sent by the Promoter (or Administrator) within 3 working days of valid claim. Each customer must click their unique claim link in their email, browse the venues and choose their free day out. Each customer will then receive an email with their digital PDF voucher to present at the venue. Each venues booking instructions must be adhered to, these will be clearly communicated in the venue information on the promotional website. Each claim voucher will be single use and must be used within 14 days of downloading. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or offer. Venues require booking in advance and some excluded dates may apply. All venues are limited to 1 redemption per person, per venue, per booking group. Customers are encouraged to check individual partner venues for their specific terms and conditions. There may be a minimum and maximum age for participation which may vary per activity or venue.
Each day the customers unique claim link (found in the email address entered upon entry), will reset. This will allow Lidl Plus members to claim one free single-entry ticket per day throughout the promotional period.
The rewards are non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned, or exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide (in whole or in part) an alternative similar reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value.
6. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion and when claiming their lesson or session. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for customers failing to supply accurate information which affects reward claim or delivery of their reward.
7. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged rewards. Lost or stolen rewards will not be replaced.
8. Each unique code is for one (1) claim only. Once you have submitted your claim, that code will no longer be valid for further retries. Any attempts to enter the receipt more than once or receipts not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such claims will be declared void.
9. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to require customers to provide verification of their identity including date of birth and eligibility including original documents (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the customer’s date of birth) and requesting proof of purchase which they must provide within 10 days from request. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the reward or withdraw the reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the customer where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where a customer has gained and unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means.
10. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the applicable reward (for example, personal expenses whilst on holiday) are not included in the reward and must be paid by customers separately.
11. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to):
You reside outside of the UK.
You are not a Lidl Plus member.
You have not registered your claim by completing all requested fields on the promotional website correctly.
You have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
12. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, the Administrator, their agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any customer entering the promotion or as a result of accepting your reward. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
13. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
14. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s claim to the promotion.

17. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
19. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the reward. Any personal data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion will only be used for validation of claims, claim notification and for administering the Promotion, unless you have expressly consented for it to be used for any other purposes (for example, in subscribing to the Promoter’s or the Administrator’s marketing newsletters). Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. 20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each customer, and customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
